Lammas is now upon us! Please join us, South Bay Circles, for a celebration of the first Harvest! Summer is in full swing so let us now come together to harvest our crops and the manifestations of our dreams!

Ritual will be followed by a potluck. Please bring a dish to share, main courses, side dishes, sandwiches, salads, desserts, and non-alcoholic beverages are all welcome.

We will gather in the amphitheater located toward the back of the park, behind the main building.

Ample parking is available in the parking lot as well as in surrounding neighborhood streets.

A donation of $10 to $20 per person is requested to help pay for venue rental, ritual materials, and operating costs, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.

The longest day of the year is almost here! Come join us for South Bay Circles’ annual Midsummer celebration!

We will perform a light ritual followed by a delicious potluck. Midsummer is known for its fairy lore so dress in your summer fairy finery! Wings are encouraged but not required.

Please bring a seasonal dish to share, main courses, salads, sandwiches, snacks, desserts, and non-alcoholic beverages are all welcome.

A $10 to $20 per person donation is requested to help with venue rental but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Spring Celebration with the Temple of Inanna and Dumuzi

Please join South Bay Circles for a celebration of Spring!

In keeping with the agricultural cycles of our region here in California, the Temple of Inanna and Dumuzi will celebrate the descent of Dumuzi, Lord of Shephard and Field, into Irkalla, the Realm of the Dead. As He descends, His sister Geshtinanna, the Goddess of wine grapes and dreams, returns.

Ritual will be followed by a potluck. Please bring a dish to share, main courses, side dishes, sandwiches, salads, desserts, and non-alcoholic beverages are all welcome.

The Temple of Inanna and Dumuzi is a devotional polytheist group, working in a non-Wiccan ritual format. Inanna, Queen of Heaven and Earth, is the supreme Mesopotamian Goddess. She holds all the powers of civilization and civilized life. Dumuzi, Lord of Shephard and Field, is her beloved consort and King.

Imbolc Brigid Ritual with LunaCirca

The light is returning, the days are lengthening, but we’re not out of the dark yet.

Come join us on a journey to meet with Brigid for healing, strength, and inspiration so you can grow into the coming year energized and ready.

This is the current version of the much-requested ritual to meet the Healer, Smith, and Poet aspects of Brigid that LunaCirca has done for SBC a few times since 2007.

Please bring a potluck dish to share after ritual. Main dishes, side dishes, salads, sandwiches, desserts, and/or non-alcoholic beverages are all welcome.

SBC Yule Celebration 2025

Even in the darkest part of winter, the Sun’s light is renewed and growing again.

We gather to feast on shared food and connect with our community and the lights of life, love, and joy to inspire and encourage us through the rest of winter.

While not a formal ritual we will be sharing seasonal traditions and doing symbolic crafting. Children of all ages are welcome.

Bring a potluck dish (eg: main, salad, side, etc) to share. Something traditional to your family or culture is especially welcome.

Donation of $5-10 requested, but no one turned away for lack of funds.

Samhain with South Bay Circles

The veil is thinning once again. Please join us this Samhain, the final harvest of the year. We will gather together as a community to reunite with those who have gone beyond the veil to the abode of the Dark Goddess and the Dread Lord of Shadows.

We are honored to be hosting this special event alongside author Jason Mankey.

Ritual will be followed by a potluck. Please bring a dish to share, main courses, side dishes, sandwiches, salads, desserts, and non-alcoholic beverages are all welcome. Most meaningful would be to bring food that your beloved Dead enjoyed in life.

Please bring items that remind you of your beloved Dead like photos and flowers, but please leave heirlooms and other items of sentimental value at home.

A donation of $5 to $10 per person is requested to help pay for venue rental but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Harvest Home 2025 with Waxing Moon

The Autumn Equinox is now upon us! Join us and celebrate the height of the harvest as the Grain Lord dances with the Crone to bless his people.

We will gather in the amphitheater of Murphy Park for this Sabbat celebration. The amphitheater is located behind the rec building.

Please bring food to share for our potluck. Main dishes, side dishes, sandwiches, salads, desserts and/or non-alcoholic beverages are all welcome.

A donation of $5 to $10 per person is requested to help with venue rental but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Parking: The entrance to the parking lot is near the SW corner of N. Sunnyvale Avenue and E. California Avenue. Parking is also available in the surrounding neighborhood.

Join us in this ritual to celebrate the harvest of the grain and first fruits and to honor the Goddess Tailtiu, foster mother of Lugh and Irish Mother of Agriculture.

Please bring food for the potluck that follows the ritual. Main courses, salads, or desserts are all appreciated. If your dish includes food you grew yourself, that’s especially appropriate this time of the year but it’s not required.

Donation of $5-10/person for space rental is requested but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Consider bringing a stool/light chair, so we can fill out the other side of the circle.

Midsummer Picnic Social
